How long does it take to receive my order?

Due to the nature of being handmade, some products can take 4-6 weeks for delivery. For out of stock items, please use the Contact Us link for availability.

If I order online, will local sales tax still apply to my order?

When ordering online, applicable sales tax will be applied when shipping to states in which a retail location is operating and when required by law to do so. Any purchases being shipped within the Massachusetts area will be charged MA sales tax, currently at 5%, as required by law.

How do I return an item?

All returns and exchanges are to be made by thirty (30) days upon receiving your order and must be in original condition and packaging.
